the extension and renovation of an existing dwelling house to include (1) the demolition of an existing sunroom annex; (2) the erection of a new living room extension to the side of the existing dwelling house; (3) internal alterations to the existing dwelling house; (4) the construction of a new roof to provide living accommodation to the first floor level; (5) increase the clear opening of the existing entrance gateway; (6) all associated site works including a new treatment system & soil polishing filter and new surface water soakaway to accommodate the new development
