Construction of single storey flat roof extension to the east and south elevations 3. Extension of front entrance porch 4. Extension to front elevation to provide 2 storey bay window 5. Deep retrofit and change of design to internal layout 6. Retention of domestic garage together with all associated site works and landscaping
