(1) construct dwelling house, detached garage/shed, waste water treatment system, access by use of a shared entrance, and all asociated site works. (2) change the location of an existing entrance and the layout of an existing access road (previously granted under planning reference 94/431) The newly located entrance will provide a shared access to existing sheds and to the proposed new dwelling house and detached garage/shed.
