Permission for development which consists of Retention Permission for the removal of the front boundary wall and for Planning Permission for the completion of development works to facilitate an off-street electric vehicle charging station at a site at no. 93 Father Griffin Road, Galway, H91 R6KD. This application comprises retention permission for works involving the removal of a boundary wall (c.3 metres) at the front entrance to the property and includes planning permission for the completion of works for the provision of an electric vehicle charging station comprising: 1) the removal of the steel sliding gate at the front boundary; 2) the provision of a "Waveform360" 4.1m diameter vehicle turntable with the appropriate clearance space including sensors installed in order to allow for the vehicle to drive in a safe and forward position onto the drive; 3) the removal of the existing lightwell over the lower-ground floor storage bunker to facilitate the vehicle turntable; 4) the provision of dropped kerbs at the front of the property to facilitate the off-street electric vehicle charging station; and 5) all other associated development works
