(i) proposed construction of an astro turf playing pitch with adjoining ball wall & hand ball alley, goal posts, perimeter fencing with access gates, proposed erection of lighting poles with associated lighting fixtures; (ii) proposed construction of a multi-purpose building incorporating an indoor swimming pool, changing rooms, treatment rooms, plant room & general purpose room at first floor level together with suitable onsite sewerage treatment system with polishing filter to service same; (iii) proposed construction of a car park area to service the above mentioned development which will be accessed from the existing car park area; (iv) proposed construction of a pedestrian walkway; (v) proposed construction of extensions to the existing clubhouse building together with proposed alterations to same and all ancillary site works
