EXTENSION OF DURATION for development of i) the completion of external works to 13 no. substantially completed units, ii) alterations to the site layout and revisions to the site boundary, road and footpath layout, and layout of open space, iii) the construction of 40 no. two storey units comprising of 34 no semi-detached units and 2 no. blocks of three townhouses, iv) completion of the site services and all associated site works. The development is to be completed in 4 no. phases and will consolidate the site as a 53 no. housing development.
