Minor elevational changes to front elevation and ancillary roof construction; 2. Construction of a single storey playroom along the side elevation; 3. Increased roof height of the kitchen / dining/ lounge area; 4. Modifications to 3 No. windows on side elevations. Planning permission is also sought for the revised enlarged site boundary, the repositioning of the existing entrance gate, and the construction of a rear shed along with all associated site works
