The development comprises the demolition of a single storey 6.2m2 boiler room, the reconfiguration of the existing rooms to provide meeting rooms, office, toilet and canteen, and construction of a single storey extension of 37m2 to provide a multi-function community room, accessible shower room, and ramped access to the rear. Site works comprise the provision of (a) 46 car parking spaces including 2 disability access spaces, 7 electric vehicle charging points, and 22 bicycle spaces; (b) relocation of the vehicle entrance on Fenagh Road/Ballykealy Lane with a new pedestrian access point; and (c) new boundary treatment along the perimeter of the site and associated site works and services.
