to demolish the existing South Gable extension and replace it with a new single-storey extension. Construct a new single-storey extension on the North gable. Replace the attic dormer together with window replacement to all facades. Add a 1st -floor window to the South gable and the addition of 3 no. roof lights as shown and to include all other ancillary site works necessary to complete the project.
