Retention permission consists of the following: (a) Retention of the sunroom of 11.6sqm (b) the Retention of the turf shed consisting of 19 sqm (c) Additional area of 28sqm to previously granted domestic garage (d) the Retention of the converted attic space consisting of 41.2sqm (e) Retention of re-design of the bay window and (f) the Retention of the location of the North East site boundary together with all associated site works
