The installation of a modular medium-voltage electricity substation at the Spion Kop Wind Farm to be located adjacent to the existing electricity switchroom. The substation will contain electrical equipment and apparatus to facilitate the connection of the development permitted under Leitrim County Council Planning Register Reference 19/230 (An Bord Pleanála Reference ABP-307627-20) to the national electricity network. The proposed development also comprises ancillary underground electrical and communications cabling and associated site development and reinstatement works.
