Permission for (a) the construction of 98 no. dwellings comprising a mix of house-types including: (i) 58 no. two-storey, three-bedroom, terraced units with roof lights on rear roof slope (House Type D2); (ii) 16 no. two-storey, three-bedroom semi-detached dwellings (House Type C & C1); (iii) 8 no. two-storey, two-bedroom terraced houses (House Type E); and (iv) 16 no. two-storey, four-bedroom semi-detached houses (House Type G & G1).
