DSO substation which will be connected to the national grid, electrical transformer and inverter units on an overall site area of c. 22.45 ha, underground cabling and ducting, spare equipment container, boundary fencing, security entrance gates, CCTV, internal access road and all associated ancillary activities. The proposed development will have a projected life span of 35 years.
