The development will consist of the retention of elevational alterations to the west, east and north facades to accommodate the relocation of internal offices to external walls, reconfiguration of building footprint and addition of electrical substation and switchroom to the north facade and locating additional warehouse doors to the north facade and reconfiguration of building footprint with no nett change in approved floor area of the building approved under planning reference 206220 and the retention of four external sculptural columns to the west side of the building and all associated site works and services.
