The development will involve the creation of a soil and stone screening mound along the southern boundary of my property adjacent to the N4 road. The screening mound which will run for the entire length of the boundary is being created so as to mitigate the impact of the noise that is caused by passing traffic. The screening mound will be approximately 2.75 metres high and will be approximately 3 metres wide at the base.
