Retention permission to (a) retain existing site entrance, (b) retain the attic storage and associated first floor gable window and roof light, (c) to retain additional window, glazed porch and additional annexed storage space (d) to retain 2no. garden sheds, and (e) retention permission to retain the existing dwelling and all of the above within revised site boundaries, and Permission to (f) construct a family unit extension with minor renovations to the existing dwelling, (g) decommission the existing septic tank system and install a new replacement mechanical wastewater treatment unit followed by a polishing filter and all ancillary site works.
