Planning permission is sought for proposal comprising of (A) internal alterations and single storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling. Planning permission is also sought to (B) convert and form a single storey extension to the side of the existing detached domestic garage to form a self-contained habitable space to be used in conjunction with the dwelling. Retention planning permission is sought for (C) alterations to windows on front elevation. Permission is also sought to connect to existing drainage and services and all ancillary site works associated with (A) & (B) above
