for (i) existing residential unit (mobile home) and continuance of use until construction on the proposed dwelling is complete as well as Planning Permission to (ii) demolish the existing dwelling, (iii) Construct a new dwelling, (iv) construct a new waste water treatment system, (v) Construct an entrance (vi) relocate the existing residential unit (mobile home) on the site during the construction of the new dwelling and all associated site development works.
