The permission is sought for alterations to an existing single storey dwelling that includes: (a) Internal alterations and the construction of a single storey extension to the rear (Northwest) and to the side (northeast) of the existing dwelling, (b) elevational alterations comprising of demolition of chimneys and converting sloping roof over the front bay windows into flat roof (c) adding new window into existing entrance arch and construction of new entrance on the northeast side (d) all ancillary site works associated with the above and to connect to existing drainage and services.
