Permission is sought for the construction of: (I) A two-storey detached building consisting of 2 no. duplex apartments to the front (north) of the site, (II) 2 no. 2-storey detached dwellings to the rear (south) of the site (as permitted under planning ref. 22/41073), (III) All ancillary site works including roads, sewers and services together with the provision of hard and soft landscaped areas, (IV) Temporary works including site access and set-down area from slip-road to south of site (as permitted under planning re. 20/39159) Along with planning permission for the retention of (I) Currently demolished front boundary walls. Front boundary walls are to be reinstated upon completion. All works shall be in accordance with submitted plans and particulars.
