The development consists of (a) permission to modify the previously granted planning permission registered under Planning Registration No. 18/1087 to change the design of the proposed wastewater treatment system, (b) permission to make elevational changes on the southern and western sides of the house, and (c) retention permission to retain the studio building as constructed.
