The development will consist of the of the following, No 1 Renovation of existing workshop / shop, construction of extension to front and rear of existing workshop /shop. No 2 removal of existing fuel pump island, construct new fuel pump island forecourt area and filling station canopy. No 3 Installation of underground bunded fuel tanks and associated pipework etc. No 4 Installation of a totem sign to the south east corner of the site. No 5 Construction of carwash area, car parking area to rear of side of site, EV charging points and associated car parking space, HGV fuel pump area to the east side of the site along with any other ancillary site works required.
