development which will involve the creation of a soil and stone screening mound along the entire length of the southern boundary of my property adjacent to the N4 road and will be approximately 102.555 metres in length. The screening mound will be constructed on the house side of the existing boundary wall. It is being created so as to mitigate the impact of noise that is caused by passing traffic. The screening mound will be approximately 2.75 metres high and will be approximately 3 metres wide at the base. When planning permission is granted a Certificate of Registration will be applied for, to authorise the acceptance of soil and stone fill onto the property which will be used to create the screening mound
