The development will consist of:- The Modification of existing approved housing development (Kilkenny County Council Planning Reference No. 10-10 and ABP Ref 10.238383 (as amended by Reg Ref No's 22-89, 21-788, 20-923) and extension of duration reg ref No. 2320 as follows: a. Change of house types, - replacing 5 No. detached houses Type C with; 5 Semi-detached house types H1, 5 Semi-detached house types H2, located along Canices Road of the proposed development. (an increase of 5 houses) b. Change of house type, - replacing 1. No. detached house Type G of the original 10-10 approved application, (Type C of the more recent approved application No. 22-89) with; 1 No. Semi-detached house type K1 and 1 No. Semi-detached house type K2 along Canices Road of the proposed development. (an increase of 1 house) c. Change of house types, - replacing 2. No. detached house Type D with; 2 No. detached house Types E3 off Canices Road and the Square of the proposed development. (no increase in houses) d. Altering layout of associated internal housing site boundaries e. All associated site developments work.
