Renovation and extension to the existing properties at No's. 3 & 5 Strand Terrace, Milltown, Dublin 6. Works will consist of; No. 3 Strand Terrace: -Construction of a first floor extension with balcony over existing, and 2 storey extension including new front door, entrance/stair area and lobby to the side of of No.3 Strand Terrace. -Internal re-modelling works to dining/living/kitchen area and removal of pitched porch roof. -Demolition of existing access steps to front patio and construction of new steps, rails etc. -Removal of existing front door and rear sliding door, insertion of new glazed units and infill. -All external and landscaping works to the front including bike/bin store. No. 5 Strand Terrace: -Demolition of rear ground floor extension. -Construction of two storey extension to rear of property and single storey extension to side. - 1st floor bedroom within existing attic and extended 2 storey area. -Works to the existing dwelling including two new rooflights at front, repointing/ reinstating of front and gable end brickwork. -Internal remodelling and thermal upgrade of existing envelope including replacement glazing, and all associated external works, rear garden area, services, drainage and landscaping works required to be undertaken in conjunction with this application.
