An amendment to Block B of permitted development SDCC Reg RefSD20A/0312 The granted permission consists of 2 three bed two Storey semi-detached house with private rear gardens at ground level; (a) Adding an additional bedroom and ensuite within the attic space of each unit, (b) minor Alterations to internal layouts of units, (c) minor alterations to the fenestration and facade of the permitted development to accommodate internal layout changes, (d) changed the roof material from Zinc to Slate, (e) dormers removed to accommodate additional bedrooms, (f) roof lights removed and new roof lights added to new bedrooms, and (g) all other associated minor site development and ancillary works.
