a) Demolition of the existing annexe to the rear of the existing dwelling house; b) The provision of a single storey extension to the rear Southern Elevation of the existing dwellinghouse, including necessary refurbishment, retro-fit and material alterations to the existing dwelling house; c) The provision of a detached garage to the rear Southern Elevation of the existing dwellinghouse, including all associated ancillary works. Retention permission for the upgrade of the existing effluent treatment system including all associated ancillary works as per drawings and documents lodged to Leitrim County Council.
