Permission for modifications to and the expansion of the existing plant compound permitted by Ref. No. 21/39966 and all associated site development works at Hollymount 2, Hollymount Industrial Estate, Hollyhill, Cork. The proposed works consist of: (1) The construction of an expanded plant compound and the installation of (A) Condenser units, (B) 1 no. air handling unit, (C) 3 no. dry air coolers, and (D) The construction of 2 no. pump enclosures. Permission is also sought for the retention of modifications to the existing plant compound permitted by Ref. No. 21/39966 comprising of an increase in the area of the plant compound and the provision of 2 no. pump enclosures within the compound.
