for the following development: (a) to upgrade & widen the existing vehicular entrance to the GAA grounds with amendments to the internal parking layout arrangement to include disability & bicycle parking spaces; (b) to upgrade the existing flood lighting serving the training pitch; (c) new flood lighting to serve the main playing pitch; (d) installation of 2no. 4m wide curved aluminium frame pitch side dugouts; (e) installation of a mounted electronic scoreboard; (f) extension to existing perimeter walking track; (g) installation & fixing of solar panels to roof of clubhouse; & (h) all associated external site works
