to carry out the following alterations to an existing dwelling house: (1) Renovate existing dwelling house to include alterations to roof & ridge level, alterations to window openings, and carry out internal fit-out works, (2) Demolish existing single storey extensions to side & rear and construct a new single storey extension to side, (3) Form new combined site entrance with adjoining property, previously approved under planning permission Reg.
