develop as follows: (1) Retention permission for Quarrying of lands consisting of 2.48 hectares in area and permission for the extraction at the quarry with a maximum annual extraction rate of 1,000 tonnes, where the stone is extracted using standard 360 degree excavators. (2) Retention permission for the on-going temporary storage on the quarry of clean stone from other quarries, for use as building stone with a maximum storage at any one time not exceeding of 500 tonnes. (3) Planning permission is sought for the restoration of the quarry, comprising the reuse and grading back of the existing stockpile of over burden currently stored on the site. (4) all ancillary site development works.
