(A) an extension (clad externally in a grey metal cladding) to the northeastern side of the building and all necessary alterations to the existing building including relocating the toilet into the proposed extension, painting the existing external windows, doors and roller doors in grey to match the proposed extension cladding. (B) an advertising sign on the main building. (C) a plinth sign inside the existing stone wall at the side of the public road and including all associated site works.
