Removal of various extensions to the dwelling, removal of flat roofs added at first floor level, the replacement of a flat roof with a pitched roof, the refurbishment and amalgamation for use as part of the extension/house of the existing barn building, the provision of a new single storey extension to the side and back of the existing house, provision of an extension at first floor level, the de-commissioning of the existing septic tank, and the provision of a propriety sewage treatment system, and all ancillary and associated work relating to the works described above.
