PROTECTED STRUCTURE (RPS No. 670) : Planning permission to extend and alter the property at Belmont House, 70 Belmont Avenue, Donnybrook, Dublin 4, D04 X4A0, a two storey over basement detached house (Protected Structure RPS No.: 670). The proposed development will incorporate the following : (a) the removal of existing modern single storey side extensions and part single and part two storey rear extensions, (b) the construction of a part two storey, part single storey side extension and a two storey rear extension containing a combined kitchen/dining room, an additional bedroom, 3no. new dressing rooms, 2no. ensuites, as well as ancillary utility/ boot room/ WC/ hallway accommodation, (c) internal layout alterations to facilitate the new extensions, (d) re-cover the existing roof in natural slates and carry out refurbishment works to existing cast iron rainwater goods, (e) refurbishment works to the existing sash windows and replacement of all modern cement render with lime render on the existing facades, (f) forming a new pedestrian entrance gate to the front of the property, (g) drainage and landscaping works within the curtilage of the site.
