The development consists of (a) retention permission to retain the partially constructed two storey dwelling house granted planning permission under ref. No. 23/557 within revised site boundaries, (b) permission to construct a part single storey part two storey dwelling house on the remainder of the site, (c) permission to widen the site entrance granted planning permission under ref. No. 23/557 and to provide a new driveway and parking area to serve the new house, and (d) permission to connect to all mains services and permission for all associated site works to facilitate this development
