EXTENSION OF DURATION OF PLANNING PERMISSION TA181083 - the recontouring of agricultural land and associated site works using imported clean inert soil and stones within a farm holding of 3.821 hectares within the townland of Milltown (plus the additional access roadway serving the development of 0.553 hectares in the townland of Foxtown) for the consequential benefit to agriculture. A 5 year planning permission is requested and during this period 95,619 tonnes of inert soil and stones will be imported for the purposes of land reclamation
