The proposed variations include the omission of the second floor level window to the south elevation & roof lights; revision to windows and doors position and sizes; the demolition of the part constructed second floor and the reduction to the roof pitch to limit the roof ridge height to that approved under PP 20/724, the demolition of the front boundary wall and realignment with new all and the relocation of the site entrance on the new boundary together with new tree and hedge planting and landscape works as indicated on the application drawings
