The proposal includes signage, plant at roof level, landscaping, outdoor seating, a waste storage area and all associated site development works The proposal will supersede the development permitted under Reg. Ref.: 19/164 on the subject site, which comprises 3 no. café/restaurant units with a GFA of c. 542 sq.m.
