Proposed external works; addressing roof breaches in the localised replacement of slates/linings, addressing failing rainwater goods in the localised repair of hoppers and downpipes, filling cracks to external render, cutting back of retaining embankments to the lightwell, repairing blocked or poorly functioning drainage at lower ground level. Summary of proposed internal works; Addressing timber decay, repairing decorative applied stucco finishes where at risk of collapse/loss, addressing risk to decorative applied timber finishes where at risk of loss.
