PERMISSION & RETENTION: Planning Permission is sought to alter and extend the premises known as Beaumont House and the two immediately adjoining properties to provide 32 No. guest bedroom accommodation, as follows: 1. Relocate Off- License within ground floor licensed premises and associated internal alterations including provision of toilets, staff facilities and reception area. 2. Change use of 1st floor bar, toilets, and stores into guest bedroom accommodation, 3. Erect 2 No. 1st floor extensions to rear of premises to contain guest bedrooms. 4.
