The development will consist of:- to Modify existing approved housing development (Kilkenny County Council Planning Reference No. 10-10 and ABP Ref 10.238383 (as amended by Reg Ref No's 22-89, 21-788, 20-923) and extension of duration reg ref No. 2320 as follows: 1.
