These changes include (1) An increase in ground floor area (75sqm) containing a Goods Lift, Lobby, Store, Kitchen and Customer Toilets, (2) An increase in first-floor area (68sqm) containing a Keg Room, Stores, Locker Room, Staff Canteen and Office, (3) Elevation changes and (4) A 2.8m high wall to northern boundary.
