PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of : new timber sash windows with slimline double glazing to replace existing non-original to front facade. Reinstatement of timber sash window with slimline double glazing to rear and Charleston Road gable in place of existing PVC windows. Lime based re-pointing of front facade in place of cementitious pointing. Reinstatement of front bedroom at first floor level involving removal of partitioned nursery. Landscaping proposal for front garden terrace and rear garden landscaping in place of existing tarmac hardstanding, including removal of external stone steps to rear, re-used in landscaping, refurbishment of iron railings and removal of external projecting small store on party wall garden boundary to No.2 Belgrave Square. Provision of glazed sliding doors to rear garden from rear room at lower ground floor level. Provision of single vehicular turntable parking disk in rear garden. Internal opening up of arched recess between front and rear rooms at lower ground floor level for open plan kitchen living dining family area. Forming of ope between lower floor lobby and utility room. Also any associated drainage and ancillary works.
