Permission for development at Castlebar Primary Care Centre, Moneen Road, Moneenbradagh, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, F23 XV04 consisting of amendments to the permitted extension (Reg. Ref: P18/640 refers) to the existing Primary Care Centre. The development will consist of: 1. Expanded footprint of extension at ground and first floor involving an additional 227 sqm gross floor space; 2. Internal reconfiguration of room/circulation layout at ground and first floor (and associated elevational changes); 3. Reconfiguration of ‘courtyard’ area enclosed by existing and extended Primary Care Centre; 4. Provision for rooftop mounted solar panel arrays and plant enclosures; and, 5. Associated and ancillary works including enabling works to existing Primary Care Centre building.
