to modify a permitted Strategic Housing Development (SHD) permission (ABP-307013-20) by way of a planning application for a créche in place of two permitted dwellings, as response to Condition 6 of said application. The development will consist of a full day care créche to provide for 55no. children and 7no. staff with appropriate facilities, amenity spaces and parking and all associated and ancillary site development works. The building is single storey with a double pitched roof to fit in with the existing environment. The créche will be accessed via a permitted laneway to the north of the site. 10no. parking spaces will be associated with the créche and located off the laneway and Hillfort Drive.
