The building will serve as an Innovation Centre of 2248.50sq.m. Gross Internal Area providing office accommodation, cafeteria, exhibition space, staff facilities and ancillary uses. A new entrance from the Murrough Road is proposed, leading to a surface car park situated south of the building which will accommodate 12 cars. Permission is also sought for a loading bay area at the north-east corner of the site, hard and soft landscaping within the site, signage, external lighting, ESB substation, covered cycle parking and all ancillary site and development works on a site of 0.254 ha. There is an existing permission for the demolition of the existing building (under Planning Ref. 21/281)
