The proposed works will be subject to a waste facility permit and/or notification under Article 27 of the European Communities (Waste Directive) Regulations 2011, S.I. No. 126 of 2011 for the recovery of c.20,000 tonnes per annum for a period of c. 5 years; not to exceed 100,000 tonnes in total. A temporary wheelwash, portable site office, toilet and holding tank, and other ancillaries will be provided for the duration of the works
