The development shall consist of planning permission for; 1 (one) – permission for the demolition of an existing domestic shed located to the rear of the existing dwelling, 2 (two) – permission for the erection of a bedroom extension element to the existing dwelling located on its Eastern aspect, 3 (three) – permission for the erection of a storage extension element to the existing dwelling located on its Northern aspect. Permission is to include all other ancillary works, site services and development works associated with this permission as set out within the application documents.
