PERMISSION: To demolish existing flat roofed garage to side of dwelling and demolition of rear single storey extension to rear elevation of dwelling house and construction of (i) two-storey extension to side and rear of existing dwelling house and part single storey extension to rear of dwelling. (ii) Removal of existing roof lights from rear elevation of roof and replacement with zinc clad dormer window at second floor level to form new attic bedroom (iii) Widen existing entrance gate to 3.0m wide and all associated site works.
