The development shall consist of planning permission for a change of use; convert two (2) number existing commercial units, units five (5) and six (6) (both at dock level) into residential apartments, whereby unit five (5) will contain a one (1) bedroom studio apartment and unit six (6) will contain a two (2) bedroom apartment, to include all other ancillary site services and development works associated with this permission as contained within the planning application documents.
